 “TEENS ENCOUNTER CHRIST” TEC is a non-denominational event run primarily by teens like themselves that guides teens into a deeper relationship with Christ. The event is held every 3 months, happens over a three-day weekend and is hosted at a different church each time. For more information, visit their website at www.southerntec.org
Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) is an outgrowth of the Cursillo movement and strives to help teens have a closer relationship with Christ.
Through TEC, teenagers have the opportunity to experience a guided three day weekend, run primarily by teens like themselves. During the weekend, teens have the opportunity to grow closer to Christ, all while a family known as the “TEC Community” surrounds them with prayers, scripture, discipleship, and God’s Agape Love.
TEC is for all teens to express their love towards God and Christ regardless of race, gender, economic status or educational achievement.
