Community Outreach
Evangel Chruch will be hosting a NEW all city outreach October 4 - "The Great Fall Get Together" focused on connection, community and care! In this FREE event, you and your family will enjoy a plethora of games , a petting zoo, multiple crafts, bingo, photo booth, fire trucks, a taco in a bag meal, pumpkins, hay bales, breakout dancing and much more while participating in engaging projects that will bless our local community. This is a fun Fall Festival with a great big heart! Come and join us for an afternoon like none- other in our city. And remember.. It's FREE!

EVANGELCARES VOLUNTEERS ARE READY TO HELP
The purpose of this EvangelCares volunteer program is to mobilize and consolidate the church congregation to serve one another, being the hands and feet of Jesus, by meeting temporary and practical needs within our church family, serving as part of our discipleship pathway. We believe that small acts of service can embody the deep love of Christ and strengthen the bonds of our faith.

Families & Children's Ministries
Children's Church
All children from PreK – Grade 5 are invited to be a part of Evangel Children’s Church this summer in room 225. We will be studying leaders for God’s People, Gods People in the Wilderness,
and Gideon.
Children's Church is available for both services and the children will be released from worship.
Sunday School & Children's Church registration
To register your child for the upcoming school year, click on the link below to fill out the form. This form is required for children and youth age 3-grade 12. Instructions for check in/check out are provided when registering. If you have questions, contact Christian Ed. Directors Jim Klepper or Clancy Craven.
News & Service Opportunities
We need your help - Please volunteer
An event like this will take all of us! We will need volunteers to serve food, run games,
welcome guests, help with community care projects, and most importantly, meet our
guests with the radical hospitality Evangel is well known for. We have volunteer
opportunities in all categories, most of which will take little or no prep. Each volunteer
option will include a brief description at the sign-up site.

JOin the tech team
The Tech Team is the technical heart of worship at Evangel. There are opportunities for people to work the cameras during a service, run the slides for the big screens during the service, or run the sound during the service. Don't worry if you don't know how to do these things. We will train you if you think it is something you would like to do.

Sunday School starts at 9:30 in between the first and the second service. Visit our Connect Groups page to find Sunday opportunities for adults.

join the evangel choir
The Evangel Choir sings at the 8:30 AM Traditional Service from September through the first week in June. Rehearsals are on Thursdays at 7:30PM in the Sanctuary. Anyone in senior high and above who enjoys singing is welcome to join the fun. If you are interested, you are welcome to join on Thursday nights or contact Choir Director Pam Wright at 507-289-8760; pkowright@charter.net. Help us in praising God through music!
